Human Content supported the work of Diageo HR Director Alan McFarlane in the Budapest office affecting 400 employees in the Shared Financial Service Centre.  The most notable effect was a measured improvement in global customer satisfaction rating from 53% to 82% in one year. This remarkable result was achieved through the application of up to date knowledge of occupational psychology, methods and tools, focusing on organisation design including distribution of tasks and responsibilities, communication skills, and focused leadership training.
